Startups and scaleups face many issues – talent being one.
To scale, the establishment of a substantial workforce is vital. However, due to the world-wide shortage
of human resources, recruitment has become a challenge in and of itself.
In addition, establishment of an organizational structure enabling the effective integration and
adjustment of new personnel to ensure a seamless transition is key.
'Tokyo Startup Talent' aims to support startups and scaleups in talent-related areas including recruitment and building organizational culture centering around community.

This community specializes in talent,
aiming to not only facilitate connection between startups and individuals,
but also to foster cooperation between startup HR management members.
Community members are invited to an exclusive Slack channel
and can utilize our support during meetups
to connect with like-minded HR members and/or those seeking employment.
